Properties by MFrancisca was founded in 2021 with the vision of bringing together the founders' greatest passions: the countryside, architecture, and the transformation of homes into welcoming spaces. As a family-run company, our mission is to create unique properties that reflect our values, creativity, and appreciation for Portugal's natural beauty and heritage.

The concept "Country & Woods" marked the beginning of our journey. Having grown up surrounded by nature, with the sound of birdsong in the morning, the warmth of fireplaces in winter, and the tranquillity of the countryside, I, Maria Francisca, felt that this name perfectly represented the inspiration behind our projects and the lifestyle we wanted to share with others.

By combining our love for rural living with our passion for homes, architecture, and interior design, we embarked on a journey to restore and reinvent beautiful properties. Our first rural tourism project in the charming village of Azeitão was conceived in 2021, carefully restored throughout 2022, and completed in 2023, becoming the first expression of our vision.

Today, Properties by MFrancisca continues to develop projects that celebrate authenticity, comfort, and thoughtful design, creating spaces where guests can relax, reconnect with nature, and experience the beauty of Portugal.
